Nowadays, the industry of design and creativity faces many legal issues, particularly issues relating copyrights. Mr. Li will focus on current phenomenon, such as plagiarization, imitating, copycatting and spoofing, and legal practice to illustrate the may-do, may-not-do, must-do and mustn’t -do in the industry of design and creativity.
